I will be presenting at CIFLE: Conference on Inclusive Foreign Language Education​ this September. ​ The conference serves as a platform for educators from around the world to share their experiences in teaching foreign languages to both young and adult learners across a variety of settings.

This year we are going abroad to CANADA to present at the Second Language Research Forum. ​ The Second Language Research Forum (SLRF) is an internationally recognized conference which brings together researchers in second language acquisition (SLA) from all over the world. It is one of the premier conferences on SLA in North America providing a venue for established scholars and graduate students to present work on a wide variety of theoretical and empirical issues in SLA.

I am excited to share that I will be presenting at ACTFL 2026 in San Antonio alongside Candela Sevilla. Our presentations will continue exploring advocacy in the Spanish field and approaches to mixed classrooms with heritage speakers. ​ We are honored to participate in one of the leading conferences in the field of language education and look forward to engaging with educators and researchers from around the world in San Antonio.
