Presented at CIFLE 2026

I presented my research, "Achievement Gaps in L2 Spanish Courses: Pedagogical Implications for African American Students in Higher Education," with Candela Sevilla at the Conference on Inclusive Foreign Language Education (CIFLE 2026). Our presentation examined achievement gaps among African American students in university-level Spanish courses and discussed the pedagogical implications for foreign language instruction. Through this work, I contributed to discussions on educational disparities and inclusive teaching practices in higher education.
